Shipping & Delivery

There are Various Shipping Options Available Throughout the India. Shipping Costs and Times will be Advised when Ordering.

Our Preferred Shipping Partner is Fed-Ex. We have found after Shipping Throughout the Group Fanuc Parts Around the India for 5 years that Fed-Ex offers the largest Range of Services. We also Ship via Trackon, Gati, DTDC if that is your Preferred Courier, and for Larger Consignments such as Massive Axis & Spindle Motors we Ship via Om Logistic.

All Parts that have been Advised as in stock, Dispatch on date of Payment. If required Delivery schedule is Detailed on Quotes.

Once the Items have left our Premises, then you’ll be Emailed with the Couriers Waybill Number and Contact Information to Trace Every Step of the Delivery to Your Chosen Destination.

Shipping on your Account:

Either you can Arrange Shipping, or you can Provide us with your Account Number if you use FED-Ex, Trackon, Gati, DTDC. We do not charge a Packing and Handling charge on Parts that have been Repaired or Exchanged. Please let us know if you Require us to ship on your own Arranged Courier of if you would like us to Arrange it.

If you Choose to use your own Courier, then the Parts Must be Fully Insured by yourselves and we Accept no Responsibility or Liability for any loss or Damage to the Goods once they have been Picked up by your Courier. Further it is Purely your Problem with the Chosen Courier to Deal with any Mishaps Regards any parts Shipped on your own Account.

Problems with Shipment:

Please note parts will not be Shipped unless the Invoice has been Paid. If there are any Problems with Dispatching the Goods, then we will try to Contact you ASAP to Inform you of any Problems.

Please Inform us as Soon as Possible if the Part has Sustained any Damage. If the Box is Damaged in Anyway do not Sign for it and have the Courier Return the Package as ‘Refused due to Damage’. If you sign for the Part, then you also accept and take Responsibility that the part is in good condition!

             Returns & Replacements

All Parts Supplied Exchange or Outright, and Repaired by us are Tested and Packed with Extreme Care to the Weight, Fragility, Dimensions of the Part and Careful Selection of the Best Packaging from Palleting, to our sealed Air Foam Packing Thru to our Custom Made Foam Sliding Boxes. If we Receive no Communication From you, within 7 days of Delivery, Regarding any Problems with the Items, you are Deemed to have Received the items in full Working order and with no Problems.

If you wish to Return an item for any Reason this Should be Reported to us within 7 days of Delivery and the item should be Returned, with all Packaging and Documentation, for Assessment / Inspection.

 

We will only Authorize the Return of an Item in the Following Cases:

Faulty when Received:

If any Items Purchased have Faults when they are Delivered, you should Contact us within 7 days to Arrange Return. Items must be returned in their Original Condition with all Packaging and Documentation. We are not Responsible for Paying Carriage Costs.

Upon Receipt of the Returned Items they will be Inspected and if we are Unable to Repair or Replace the items then the Price of the Items, as Paid, will be Refunded Through the Payment Method used when the Items were Purchased. Carriage costs will also be Refunded if the fault was our Responsibility.

If any items Develop Faults within their Warranty Period, you are Entitled to a Repair, Replacement or Refund under the terms of our warranty.

Damaged in Transit:

Under no Circumstances do we Accept Responsibility or Liability for Damaged items Unless you Notify the Carrier at the time of Delivery. If Items are Damaged in Transit and the Damage is Apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the items have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to us within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs.

Upon receipt of the returned items they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the items then the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage was due to our packing and/or our carrier.

Incorrect Item:

If you Receive Items which do not Match those Ordered, Unless Accompanied by an Explanatory note Detailing the Changes, Stating Reasons for the Changes and Setting out your Options, you should contact us within 7 days to Arrange Collection and Return. You will be Given the Option to have the items Replaced with those Ordered (if Available) or to be Refunded Through the Payment Method used when the items were Purchased. Refunds and Replacements will be Issued upon our Receipt of the Returned Items.

We are not Responsible for Paying Carriage Costs when Returning an Item for any Reason. Once we have Assessed.

Restock Costs:

Machine Tool Stores Operate a Two Tier Restock Return Structure. If the Part is Ordered and Left Sealed in its Box as Sent from us and Returned within 7 Working days then Credit is 25%. If the Part is taken from its Packaging (unsealed) and Returned to us within 7 Working days from Date of Invoice then Restocking is 50%.

Which currencies we accept:

We only accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments made in US Dollars (USD) will be subject to additional charges.

Paying for parts, services:

Bank / Telegraphic / Wire Transfer:
To Pay your Quote / Proforma Invoice then Request our Bank Details and Pay the Full Amount per Required. Then Either Inform us when it Will be in our Accounts 
or send Official Bank Transfer Confirmation; so that we Release your Purchase.

Credit Card:

We Accept Major Credit Cards Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners.

Paypal:

To Pay by PayPal, Please Contact us First, as this Means of Payment Carries an Additional Charges.

Cheque:


All Cheques should be made Payable to ‘MACHINE TOOL STORES’.

Customers Based in the INDIA will be Charged Varying Sales Tax Dependent on which State in the INDIA. If you have a Tax Exempt Code please Inform us.
